Balboa Wholesale Warranty Information

• All products manufactured by BMC, are merited to be free from defects in materials and workmanship.
• Product warranty does NOT apply to normal wear and tear, product damaged or destroyed through abuse, or goods or product soiled through no fault of BMC.
• Merchandise returned for warranty will be repaired or replaced with new or reconditioned parts at our discretion.
• Consumers with defective items are to contact manufacturer directly at 800-603-2662 ext.4 or info@balboamfg.com.
• Discontinued items will be replaced with an item similar to original purchase.
• Any goods found defective must be returned to BMC for replacement or credit within 7 days of receipt of goods. The original invoice must accompany the return.
• BMC has sole discretion when deciding whether to replace the items or to pass a credit.
• Reduced price closeouts sold on occasion are excluded from this Return Policy.
• A 30% restocking fee applies to returns and exchanges.
