Return Authorization Numbers (RA #)

• All returns must include a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA #) or they will be returned to the sender.
• Obtain an RA # by contacting customer service at 800-603-2662, option 4, or via email at CustomerService@balboamfg.com.
• Include the RA # on the outside of the box and on any corresponding paperwork.
• RA #s are valid for 14 days from the date of issue; returns received after this period will be refused.
• Returned items must be unused and in original condition. Damaged packaging, customer-added labels/tags, or missing components will result in the return being donated or destroyed at our discretion, with no credit issued.
