- Returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RA #).
- Goods may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. (Some exclusions apply)
- A 30% restocking fee applies to returns and exchanges.
- All returns must include a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA #) or they will be returned to the sender.
- Obtain an RA # by contacting customer service at 800-603-2662, option 4, or via email at CustomerService@balboamfg.com.
- Include the RA # on the outside of the box and on any corresponding paperwork.
- RA #s are valid for 14 days from the date of issue; returns received after this period will be refused.
- Returned items must be unused and in original condition. Damaged packaging, customer-added labels/tags, or missing components will result in the return being donated or destroyed at our discretion, with no credit issued.
